Gift Wrapping

We offer free gift wrapping! Please write "gift wrap" in the comment box during checkout and we will wrap your items for you beautifully.

Shipping

We ship in-stock items within two business days, unless otherwise indicated. Please consider this packing time when selecting your shipping method. We ship via UPS and USPS. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping, and the destination address.

International Shipping
Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees.
Shipping Insurance
Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility and Pattern & Print is no longer liable. We insure all orders for their retail value.
Shipping Notifications
We will send you an email as soon as your order has shipped. If you do not receive this email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk mail folder or contact us.
Multiple Shipments
Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such.
Returns/Exchanges

We gladly accept returns within 30 days for store credit, exchange, or full refund on all orders that are received in unused condition with the original packing materials. Shipping costs for a returned item are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

To make a return you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA please email us and include your order number and a list of the items you are returning. We will then respond with an RMA number, which you will need to include in the address field of your package. Please do not return any products until you have received an RMA number. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you by email to confirm your refund or store credit.

Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your purchase upon arrival. Damaged products must be reported to Pattern & Print within 48 hours of package arrival. Call 617-249-3930 or email us to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to help us track and refund/replace your item.
Out Of Stock

We make every effort to ensure that products are represented accurately in our shop, but there may occasionally be an item shown on the website that is out of stock. If you place an order for an item that is out-of-stock we will either issue a full refund or ship your item when it becomes available, depending on your preference.
